Athletes can go up an Age Group at $1.00 per event. You
Cannot enter the same event in two Age Groups.

You can choose either the RUN or WALK (CANNOT DO BOTH)
A cup will be awarded to the first Female & Male in each
Age Group
ALL EVENTS ARE FOR FEMALES & MALES.
Medals will be presented the First three placegetters
A trophy will be awarded to a FEATURE EVENT and
Medals will be presented for 2nd and 3rd
placings. The Feature Events will be drawn on the day
for all Age Groups at 2.45pm, once drawn no further
entries will be accepted. Placings will be decided on
times from HEATS for FINALS. In keeping with the spirit
of the GALA DAY there will be no Protests entered into.
Parental assistance will be required. Please
Note High Jump will start at 10cm below Zones starting
height.
