2011/12 Training Schedule

Training is on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, with Frank Overton and Lauren Richardson at Adcock Park, between 6.00 and 7.30pm for ages 12 and up. Frank is a level 4 ATFCA coach specialising in walks, distance, sprints, long and triple jumps. Lauren is a level 2 ATFCA coach in middle distance and walks.

Training with Kirsty is Tuesday between 3.30 and 5.30pm for all age groups. Running and cross-training.

Stuart, with the assistance of Stuart Sutton, will be coaching throws on a Tuesday night between 6pm and 7.30pm.
